The Bhutan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) is delighted to invite you to participate in the “Bhutan Auto Expo 2024” scheduled from 9-11 November 2024 at Changlimithang Parking Stadium, Thimphu. The event aims to showcase the latest innovations, technologies, and trends in the automotive sector while providing a vibrant platform for businesses networking & exploring opportunities and knowledge exchange.
The participation package is priced at Nu. 400,000 and includes the following facilities:
1. 16ft x 30ft stall with an additional 30ft x 40ft open space for outdoor display
2. Common Stall Backdrop Banner measuring 20ft x 10ft
3. 20ft x 10ft Carpeted Flooring
4. Imprinted Sponsorship Logo on the common advt. banners and other promotional materials
5. Two tables with tablecloths, four chairs and a wastebin
6. Name Fascia size 20ft x 20ft
7. Two power-point sockets and adequate stall lights
8. Buffet lunch at the venue for four heads per day for three event days
9. Four bottles of packaged drinking water per day
10. Running Ads on a 200 sq. ft. LED Screen
11. Product Launch programs
12. Participation in the Lucky Draw
13. Cultural entertainment programs for crowd attraction
14. Grand ceremonial inauguration / launch of the event inaugural ceremony
