The BCCI is in receipt of invitation through the Embassy of India in Thimphu that the “Telecom Equipment and Services Export Promotion Council (TEPC) is organizing the ‘Bharat Telecom(previously known as India Telecom) 2024’ – An Exclusive International Business Expo’, alongside India Mobile Congress (IMC) at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi from October 15-17, 2024 with support of Department of Telecommunications, Ministry of Communications, Government of India
The event aims to bring potential buyers from across the globe to interact and finalise business deals through B2B meetings with quality telecom equipment/ software manufacturers and ICT services solution providers from India. Event is likely to lead to develop long-term business relations. There will be a Conference session, Pavilion in India Mobile Congress and B2B meetings; during the event where leading Indian Telecom manufacturers & Telecom/ IT service providers will exhibit their capabilities.
The organizer will offer the following to selected delegates participating in the event:
- Air travel reimbursement for travel to India upto of USD 375 for Bhutanese participants
- Complimentary hotel accommodation for three nights (including breakfast) at New Delhi ( Check-in on 14th October, 2024 and Check-out on 17th October, 2024). Delegates may stay extra nights at their own expenses for further
- Complimentary airport transfer at New Delhi during the event.
- Other expenses not mentioned above need to be borne by the individuals.
Interested business members as a Buyers for the said event are requested to kindly register latest by 15th August,2024 so as to enable the organizers to send formal invites to the selected participants and to get adequate time for completion of other formalities.
