BISWA BANGLA MELA PRANGAN (MILAN MELA EXPO CENTER, KOLKATA)

The Confederation of West Bengal Trade Associations (CWBTA) jointly with Govt of West Bengal is organizing for the first time the “Biswa Bangla Shopping Festival” (BBSI), a grand gala Event that will have a seamless 16 days Shopping Extravaganza throughout the state combined with flavors of Heritage, Culture, Food, Music & Entertainment to be held from 20 Sept to 5 October 2024.

The BCCI is in receipt of invitation from Confederation of West Bengal Trade Association (CWBTA) to mobilize exhibitors from Bhutan to a 5-day Trade Expo at BISWA BANGLA MELA PRANGAN (MILAN MELA EXPO CENTER, KOLKATA) from Friday, 20 Sept to 24h Sept 2024.

This mega Expo will be held over a massive 2 Lac Sq ft area and will see participation from MSMEs to mega industries, textiles to IT. start-ups to tourism and hospitality, handicrafts to handloom, Food & packaging to logistics, Furniture to Home decor, Electronics to Consumer Durables, Fashion to Body Care Products and much more.

Biswa Bangla Shopping Festival information:

1. The average size of the stand is 9 Sq M (100 Sq ft aprox.)
2. More than 350 Exhibitors are expected to participate in the Trade Exhibition (Over 5 days)
3. The 16 days shopping festival will happen all across Kolkata and major cities of West Bengal.
4. The 5 Days Trade Exhibition will be held at Milan Mela Prangan (International Expo Center) which is in the heart of Kolkata city for 5 days.
5. For the first 5 registered business members, the BCCI will be providing stalls at a concessional rate of Nu. 30000/stall after that the cost per stall will be 7,000 per Sqm plus GST @18%
6. The organizer will speak to the Customs department and will provide you with the necessary documents.
7. Exhibitors will only be allowed to showcase and sell Bhutanese products.
8. The BCCI will be arranging local transportation to all the exhibitors including airport pick and drop and Hotel to the Expo venue (To and Fro)
9. The air tickets, accommodation, food and other necessary expenses to be borne by the participants themselves.
