The BCCI is in receipt of information from the Office of Commercial Affairs, Royal Thai Embassy, Dhaka regarding an event to be held in Bhutan for the forthcoming Free Trade Agreement (FTA), facilitated by the Thai Trade Center in Dhaka. The event will take place at the Clock Tower Square, Thimphu from April 19-20, 2025.
As a part of the event, promotional booths will be set up to showcase and sell authentic Thai consumer products imported directly from Thailand. In additional to the product showcase and sales, the event will also feature initiatives supporting tourism and wellness tourism.
The Royal Thai Embassy, Dhaka is offering two complimentary booths to interested Bhutanese companies wishing to showcase the Thai products during the event. Interested businesses are kindly requested to register and submit the attached “Complimentary Booth Application Form” by the morning of 7th April,2025. Booth allocation will be based on the first-come, first-served basis, and the final selection will be made by the Royal Thai Embassy, Dhaka.
Additionally, we are pleased to inform all our members that an “FTA Facilitation Booth” will be available at the event to provide consultation and information regarding the FTA. We encourage all business members to attend and make the most of this valuable opportunity.
