The BCCI is in receipt of an invitation through Embassy of India, Thimphu that Electronics & Computer Software Export Promotion Council (ESC) will be organizing the “India Electronic Expo (INDEE) during 27-29 March 2023 in Pragati Maidan, New Delhi’ and will be located beside other premier tech shows viz. INDIASOFT 2023 and Convergence India 2023
The organizer shall provide to and fro economy class air ticket and the cost of 2 night’s hotel accommodation to the participating delegates (reimburse the cost). The ceiling of reimbursement will be US$ 900 or the cost of the ticket plus 2 night hotel accommodation – whichever is lower. ESC’s official travel agent will help the delegates in hotel accommodation. The condition for sponsorship is as below:
- The company should be genuine Electronics Hardware importers/ buyers or seeking joint ventures / tie-ups and / with Indian companies and
- 1 delegate per company will be sponsored.
- Payment of US$ 200 towards participation fees (This will be deducted from the amount which will be reimbursed to the delegates on the 2 nd day of the event.
For the aforementioned expo, only five participants shall be selected (its First come, first served). The last date of registration is 1st November, 2022
