The BCCI is pleased to inform that the PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PHD CCI) will be organising, in association with Agricultural Processed Foods Products Export Development Authority (APEDA) under Ministry of Industry and Commerce, GoI, the 2nd edition of the Potential North-East Bhutan Buyer-Seller Meet on Wednesday, 20th September 2023, at Maniram Dewan Trade Centre, Guwahati.
The Buyer-Seller Meet will be focused on exploring overall Bhutan-India trade opportunities in relationship with the trade agreement, market access and supply chain, food safety and product quality, and B2B meetings. Besides a business delegation from Bhutan, the other target participants include exporters/agri-businessmen from Northeast region, PSUs and Govt Agencies, Policy makers, academicians and think tank, trade promotion organisations, media, and Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT).
The organizer has requested for participation of a business delegation from Bhutan consisting of 10 – 15 importers in the agriculture and food processing sector for the said Business Meet. The organiser shall arrange to provide meals and lodging (twin sharing) and transportation to and from border points.
