The BCCI is pleased to inform that the PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PHDCCI), with the support of the Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India organizing the International Reverse Buyer Seller Meet (RBSM) at Packmach Asia Expo—The International Trade Fair for the Processing and Packaging Industry—scheduled from 23rd to 25th October 2024 at the Bombay Exhibition Center, Mumbai, India.
The Packmach Asia Expo will showcase India’s Processing and Packaging Industry to a global audience, featuring over 400 exhibitors presenting high-quality products, advanced technologies, and competitive pricing. The expo aims to meet all your sourcing objectives.
The organizer is inviting Potential Buyers from Bhutan for the RBSM in Mumbai. Selected buyers will have the opportunity to establish business linkages with Indian companies,as they will pre-schedule one-to-one meetings with the Buyers with suitable Indian counterparts matching as per business interest and sourcing requirements.
The Focus Sectors for the RBSM are:
- Packaging Machines, materials and equipments
- Coding and marking solutions
- Food production and processing equipment
- Corrugated box manufacturing machinery
- Paper, film, foil, inks and other industrial consumables
- Label printing equipment
- Rigid and flexible packaging
- Automation technology/component/accessories
- Supply chain, logistics and material handling
All Selected hosted foreign buyers at the REVERSE BUYERS SELLERS MEET – RBSM 2024 will be eligible for-
- Airfare reimbursement upto USD 700/-(submission of air ticket with price and boarding passes)
- hotel accommodation for 3 nights on twin sharing basis
- Invitation to various Packmach Asia events and knowledge sessions
- Shuttle service (group transfers only) from Hotel and to Exhibition grounds (*Conditions apply)
All selected hosted foreign buyers shall bear the following expenses themselves:
- Visa Application fee for Indian visa
- Lunch/Dinner/ Any other expense at the hotel
- Travel Insurance to India
- Any other expense not included in the above
The Registration Fee for the selected buyer is USD 200 + (SWIFT transfer in US Dollars).
